How long will I have to wait to receive my favours?

Many of the favours we have to offer are imported and each order is made to your specific requirements. We therefore recommend that you allow as much time as possible so that we can ensure that your favours are exactly as you would like. Ideally around 3 months prior to your wedding. We will contact you as soon as your favours arrive, and can have them dispatched within 24 hours.

When do you take payment?

We need to receive your payment in full prior to processing your order because your order is specific to you. We quality check all our products before dispatching them, but if you are not fully satisfied that your favours meet the specification agreed at the time of ordering, we will provide you with a full refund on return of the goods.
